10 years for bankruptcy- 7 years + 180 days for write-offs .(unless they have been updated by a PAYMENT that the credit collection agency reported as "brought account up-to-date".) Unlike the SOL for filing judgements,last activity date on a credit report CAN update if a PAYMENT is made.
