INSUFFICIENT PAYMENT ON JUDGEMENT

Ihave a large bad debt to a bank, due to a past business that i owned over 10 years ago. The bank recieved a judgement and I have been paying a monthly payment to the sherif, as agreed to, by the banks attorneys. The problem is that the bank is now calling me to tell me that the payment I am making is not sufficient and they want to re-open the matter. My question is 1)Can they re-open the case ? 2) Can they get more money from me on a monthly basis? 3) Can they file for an additional judgement?
