Hope you have documentation with regard to the payment agreement which they should be held to and reminded of tactfully. In most cases, this in itself is considered a legally binding document. If there is no written agreement - not sure what measures you can take. It would depend on the state you are in. I would think they the judgement could not be re-opened unless YOU defaulted on the payment agreement. Have you kept your payment records which, by the way, is your documentation that you have fulfilled your end of the agreement. You might want to check with the state banking commission in your state, attorney general's office, etc. Any correspondence should be in writing by certified, return receipt mail.
