Thank you for your post. I really appreciate it. I don't understand this at all. In the past 3 years I have gone through a state and federal investigation for a public trust position and have had no problems. I apply to a little banking company and get denied - doesn't make sense to me. I will take your advice and send out a request tomorrow - certified/return receipt to the company and the HR person. One more question - I have everything ready to send to the CRA. Should I send a copy of my credit report (already on it's way) or a copy of the Experian Employment Insight included in the denial letter? Thanks for any and all info
