Really in a bind. Might not be able to file bankruptcy (long story) as I hoped I could. The big worry now is lawsuits/judgments against me by the credit cards (there are about 7 or more of them, some with individual balances as high as $7,000. Does anyone know the Florida law regarding this, what exactly they can do and what they can take, how long before they start to file against people, etc... Also, I'm self-employed so no W2 wages on file, just 1099s at the end of the year. Any information on this would be most helpful as soon as possible. Thank you.
