I can only pay each of my credit card companies less than $50 a month. They tell me over and over this is not acceptable but if I put it in writing, send it to someone in authority, stating that this is the best I can do at the present time, or at least for the next 6 months, are they still able to sue me for payment. Most require hundreds a month to catch up and to even get to their so-called hardship programs which close accounts and reduce payments, but still not to what I can afford.
