Are you in a position to make the payments, or is it impossible? What kind of interest/fees, etc are being charged? If there is no way out, then I would consider bankruptcy. It isn't pleasant, but it gives you a fresh start, and you can begin rebuilding right away.

If you make enough to keep up with payment agreements, then work out a budget, make a plan, tighten your belt, whatever you need to do, and start working on them.

You didn't really clarify your current financial situation re whether or not you can pay.
