I guess I should have been more specific about the job thing. He did work at the place they have listed, but he hasn't worked there for over 3 years now and the company isn't even around anymore. I checked the account number and that's correct. I'm not sure exactly what they're doing though. It appears that the debt was purchased by a collection agency and assigned to an attorney collector to try and collect. But, it also appears that the attorney collector has assigned it to an affiliate or something to collect. Rather confusing, which is probably what they want. Most important thing is that it appears that they can't validate it because I would assume that if they had something with a signature on it, they would have sent it with the print out.
