If you check the link below, you can find some agencies and attornies listed and if they are an agency or attorney. You can even find out what they buy. It's Platinum Financial Services that appears to have purchased the debt. It also appears that they hired an Attorney collector in another state to represent them. Then, this attorney collector appears to have sent it to ANOTHER attorney collector in my area...maybe the second is an affiliate to the first.
