911...911.. before monday's T-day

While the clock ticks to Pretrial day (Monday) I have been sending letters to the attorney that represents the collection yahoos that want my money. I have in the past weeks asked for my Credit information to be changed on this account in exchange for a lump sum payment to get these @#$* off my back and get my credit score/report back on the plus side. In the past they wouldnt even put this idea on the table for discussion. I sent them one last letter saying when your ready to offer this up, we will talk $$$$, well as of today Thursday(remembering Monday is pre trial day) the attorneys have not answered my request. My bet is that we will meet in court on Monday. Here is the interesting part. Just for grins and giggles I ran a 3-1 credit report (a link off this site, thanks) and guess what? not even a mere mention of this account is in any of the three reports !!!! now this is strange all in itself because it went into collections in 1999.. It should show right? where did it go and am I knocking myself dead trying to fix NOTHING! in fact will it show up if it is paid as a Paid collection and give me a lower score and bad report? also how do I get a favorable settlement with these attorneys now that I’ve refused a couple of counter offers? A little help from the crowd please before the JUDGE COMA’ KNOCKN’ Monday!!!
