Your problem is way too complex for anyone except a QUALIFIED (bankruptcy) lawyer in your State to fix. Even if you decide not to file bankruptcy, (which would clear your problems up a lot faster and improve your credit rating quicker)or the lawyer tells you that you don't qualify to file, he/she would be at least qualified to give you advice on the judgement payments. It is well worth the average $100. consultation fee to get the correct answers.Your problem is WAY too complex for this forum,in my opinion.
