WHY CHAT, Im begging you to please provide the links to open at the Delaware Bar Association website that states the Staute of Limitations is 4 years on open accounts. Every site with a (SOL) breakdown shows Delaware having a 3 year (SOL) on open accounts.. You posted something that showed it being 4.. You also said those sites were all wrong.. I have 2 quick questions that I have asked almost 10 times and have yet to get a partial answer..

Question 1- Many, many credit cards come from Delaware. It is my understanding that Delaware has a 3 year (sol) on open accounts. It is also my understanding from the advice of 2 attorney's that since my original contract that I signed clearly reads, "this offer and any resulting account are subject to Delaware and Federal law, that Del. law applies.. I was told it doesn't matter if I live in a state with a 6 year sol.. Are they wrong? Can you please post something that all of can see that disputes this info..

Question 2- WHY CHAT, you have said many times that it's the state that I live in to figure out the (SOL.) So, if I have a credit card from Rhode Island and it clearly states on my contract that Rhode Island law applies, then I shouldn't worry if my state only has a 3 year (SOL?) Becuase, Rhode Island has a 10 year (SOL) on opne accounts..

Why chat please, please answer?/ Linda Im sure you would like to get to the bottom of this.. Wouldn't you?
