Linda is correct.I have posted a simpler explanation of the SOL law. It is really easy-- The State where you are sued is where you get all the laws from.It is called jurisdiction. You can't be sued in Delaware or Rhode Island unless you live there.The reason why I have not posted the actual SOL statutes for Delaware is because no one FROM Delaware has asked for them.If some one really wants the very long citations on a very complicated split SOL for Delaware,they can E mail me. Jeff B- aka Jim B aka- a known spammer who has been barred from all usenet groups is just trying to waste everyones time.
