JeffB is not who we thought, IMO. However, he is hostile, agressive, belligerent, rude, and refuses to accept the information WHY CHAT has provided, because it doesn't suit him. JeffB, WHY CHAT's information comes from here: http://www.lexisnexis.com/ If you are an IT professional, which it appears, then you know what this is. It is THE most accurate information you can get regarding legal questions. I can only conclude that WHY CHAT is most likely in the legal or a related profession, because this is an expensive subscription service. If you still don't want to accept his information, that is your problem, not ours. I would post an answer to your question on creditnet, but you have already heard my answer, and I know you didn't like it, because you very rudely just informed me that I was an idiot. Personal attacks are not necessary, even if you like your own advice better than ours. BTW, I am well-known on creditnet. Linda
