Sending second validation letter

Since the CA responded to the first letter with a computer print out, I'm sending them a second validation letter. Do I just send the second letter, or am I supposed to include a copy of the first letter and the green card? I don't think the copies are necessary since they did respond to the first letter, but I just want to be sure. Thanks!
