Thanks, Another problem my lawyer told me about: I wanted to file bankruptcy but because I don't have a deed to my villa home, which is located in a 55+ community, the bankrutpcy trustees can look at this as an asset, not exempt property. The home is homesteaded for tax purposes, in my name, and is an inherited home. She feels that if they check past the homestead documents, and into deeds and titles, they can take it away even though I live here, etc... Do you have any information on this problem and if so, any advice please. Thanks again.
