I am going through a divorce. Most of the credit debt was in my name. I make 9000 a year and my soon to be X makes almost 90G. I have creditors trying to put judgements on me. If I get a judgement on me, does that mean they can take my spousal support? or child support? I dont' have "wages" they can garnish, I work out of my home with cash payments mostly. I want to go bankrupt, but been advised to wait till after divorce, or I may lose my house in court. Scared and confused being I dont' make much money to pay any of these, and not sure what judgement will do. I have 3 months yet before I go to trial for divorce.
Thank you
