Sara, You will never pay that bill off at this rate!! These guys are taking you for a ride. Did they serve you? Did someone bring you the papers from the court telling you when and where the court date was? Since you changed the billing to be all in your name, and now the judgment is against you, I don't think you can transfer it back so your husband can bankrupt it. You can take bankruptcy with him. That will end the judgment and the nightmare you are going through. What predators!! This is a shame. Linda
