Been there, done that. You can send the credit bureaus the court certified copy of the order vacating the judgment (no need for anything else) and they will honor it. I would not send photocopies, unless you can get the court certification to show up on the copy, and then also send a copy of the envelope it came in (proof that you didn't create the document yourself). I faxed mine - copy of the order and the envelope. TU was the only credit bureau reporting it - they deleted it immediately. I imagine the others will do the same. If you just send a photocopy of the document by itself, they might think you faked it, and give you a hard time. Linda
