to pay or not to pay?

I have a few stores account for less than 200.00(some are 90.00) that have been mark as charge off on my credit report. What should I do? Can I call the creditor and ask them if i can pay them off and negotiate for them to take all negative reports of my credit report? Should I just ignore it? This was a prob. cause by the sister of an ex. Credit is bad and i would like to know how I can clean it up.
