I live in Hawaii and the SOL is 6 years. I am at a loss here, I dont know what to do. Even if i was to research all my information again, the original creditor (a cell phone company) doesn't have any of my information. I reported my cell phone stolen, got the police report, and talked with one of GTE's agents..Athea...she told me with that information everything is closed and done. She no longer works there and I have given GS all the information 4 years ago..help
