Ex-husbands bad credit

You guys have been so helpful with the GS crap. I do have another question while I'm cleaning up my credit. My ex and I had three joint accounts together when we were married. The divorce decree stated that he was responsible for paying these three accounts. Two were credit cards, one is paid off, the other is not. He his continually late with the payments. Sears no longer contacts me about it as their legal dept. accepted my request to have my name removed as the primary holder (I sent them copies of the divorce decree and all that jazz.. about the only good thing sears has ever done for me!). However, my credit report STILL shows me paying late on it. The other is a mortgage that I demanded my name remain on so that if he sells my house, I get half of it. Unfortunately, he pays it late. The bank understands, but it still shows up on my credit as late.
Is there a way to get something posted on these two accounts that state "not responsible for this debt" with the big 3 credit bureaus? how would I go about doing this?
Thanks
