Again, I said that I was not refering to wage garnishment, read my reply, I said that if you have previously given the information to a bill collector either via phone(for autopay checks) or by mailing the information in, then they would have access to the information necessary to post a "autopay" on your account, thus debiting the account. Please actually read before resopnding
