If you didn’t make the debt you, as an authorized user are not responsible. If you were the primary cardholder, you may be depending on the contract. If you ex forged your name to the applications, or credit card slips, you need to fill out a affidavit of forgery and mail it via certified mail to each creditor, this will allow each creditor to take further steps against your ex, beware this also gives them the right to pursue criminal charges against the person who committed the “true name fraud. Also request all 3 major credit reports (transunion, equifax, & experian) dispute any accounts that you did not open, or do/have not used & belonged to you and your ex.
