Have you gotten anything from these credit card companies? Are you getting any kind of mail from them?

Check your credit reports and see which companies they are, then call and tell them you are a victim of fraud. Chances are he is using your name and his address. Forgery is not hard to prove, however, getting the credit card companies to do anything is hard.

If you don't do anything, soon they will be after you.
