I would suggest you send them a certified letter,return receipt,requesting a complete signed agreement together with an accounting and proof of transmittal to the owner of the account(original creditor) or, if they are owners of the account,documentation proving their ownership. Give them 20 days to reply,and advise you will turn over all correspondence to the FTC for violation of the FDCPA with a complaint if they do not perform.
