OIC now. Write the credit bureau and tell them that Gulf State reported this account as a collection 6 years after your bk was discharged, and that if they do not delete it you will notify the Bankruptcy court of the violation of Federal law. Then if they give you any static, even if they just say they are going to "investigate," do just that. Take no $hit on this. There are big fines and penalties to the CRA's for knowingly breaking those laws. Gulf States are snakes they will verify anything. Linda
