Usually a "guide" to reading your report comes with it.

Basically, they list the kind of account and it's status with codes R=revolving, I=installment, O=open (like AmEx green cards), and the status is 0-9 with 0=unrated, 1=paid as agreed, 9= charged off. I am not sure of the others, but I think if you look through those papers you will see the guide.
