First I would like to say thank you to everyone who posts here. I have found invaluable information. I was just wondering why creditors seem to let the statute of limitations run out on, by what I've read in this forum, so many accounts. I have several cards with 5,000+ on each of them and the last payment was in 1996. Just curious why they let the limit run without suing me. I also wish that it was set up to be able to pay it off without further ruining your credit.
