GulfState/OSI AGAIN!!!!

I just checked my Equifax report again...(I subscribe to the service) and now not only do I have an incorrect entry for something under Gulf State, but they also reported it under OSI Funding, with the same information. They are both the same company...can they do this? This is getting crazy with them. Can they just put it on there time after time?
