ebay seller was a rip-off

Does anyone know how I can go about collecting from a seller who took my money, never sent my item and REFUSES to pay me my money back??? I went to the fraud site on ebay and reported her but the seller just cancelled her membership. She pretty much thumbs her nose at me.
