I've actually had good luck with them despite the fact that most 'experts' recommend sending everything via mail. I had about 4 things that needed to be deleted and I did all of them through the online dispute sections. 3 of them have been deleted so I would say the results were very good. The only one I am having problems with is Gulf State's entry, but no matter how you fight these bastards it seems nothing is good enough. Anyways, I've had good results with the online dispute sections, however if you run into a road block, I would stop using the online service and start sending the certified letters through the mail so you have documentation.
