Send them a letter disputing their claim,use one of the forms available from this site,or others.Make sure you say, "this is not my account" this is an account that was discharged in bankruptcy by (your husband's name) give court #'s and date. State this must be removed from all CRA reports immediately.State they have 30 days to remove this from your records and confirm their error or you are sending copies of this letter to the Bankruptcy court, FTC and Fl. Dept of Agriculture consumer protection agency for violation
of the FDCPA and the FCRA as well as Federal Bankruptcy law. DO NOT SIGN YOUR NAME, print or type only. Send Registered return receipt.
