Send a letter of dispute to the CRA advising that you are an authorized user and you have no financial responsibility to this creditor. Demand that any and all notations from the creditor be removed from your file. Demand a thorough investigation and a copy of any agreement with your signature. (which, I assume, they will not be able to provide)
