someone i know was ordered to pay restitution and a judgement was entered against them. the money has been paid to the victim but the victim will not sign the necessary papers for the judgement to marked satisfied on court papers or on a credit report. how can my friend get the courts to agree that the judgement has been paid and also how can he get the info off his credit report. How will this judgement affect him in the future.
