There is a 6 year SOL for filing suit in both N.Y. and Conn.this is dated from your "deault" date.which you can figure as 30 days past "last activity date" You are over the SOL on the Chase account,I reccomend you send a request for verification on that one, citing the fact it is double posted.The other 2 collection accounts are due to be out of the SOL for a lawsuit in Nov.2002.The N.Y. judgement is good for 20 years for execution,so if someone wanted to, they could cause you problems on that.However, the amount is small,so I doubt it. All of these will come off your credit reports within the next few years, (the last 1998 activity date one in 2005) If some collection company contacts you, send them a dispute and validation letter and a cease and desist from further contact.You should have no problem.
