I have several credit card debts that I have been unable to finish paying off. Most have been either sold to collection agencies (NCO, TRIad), or have simply charged off...I have tried dealing with NCO, but they are abusive, and do not live up to THEIR agreements.
Can you tell me what the SOL would be? On most of these the last activity was in 1997 or so...
