I disputed an item on my credit report with Experian. Within one week they emailed me my investigation results and it was deleted. They are excellent!! I've even called them for advice they take the time with you. Experian also told me when you settle a debt with a creditor/collection agency always get the agreement on letterhead in writing. If you get it in writing and they go back on their word but Experian will challenge them since they'll have the proof.
