More than likely a "SCARE" tactic to get you into paying the bill. I doubt they will take any court action though they could depending on the amount owed. If you read through the letters on this site I'm sure you've noticed that you can demand validation and also demand they contact you in writing only. Do this by certified letter, return receipt? Do not talk with them on the phone and subject yourself to threats!
