Need some help

Hi all,

I filed chapter 7 in 97 and just had a credit report sent to me and my score is 477. Firstly can i get rid of this and all the accounts that say in bankruptcy? and second i have two credit cards and 1 cellular bill that are charged off bad debt. should i pay since these are from 97-98 and what is the sol in ohio? i was gonna go with lexington law to get credti repair what do you all think???
