If the accounts all say "included in bankruptcy" then they are correct. You can still dispute them off, just start sending 1 or 2 disputes at a time to the CRA's.

No I would not pay the old accounts - why didn't you put them in the bk? Didn't your lawyer tell you to get everything? Chances are they are past the SOL. Just dispute them along with the others.

Get a secured credit card or two, and start rebuilding your credit history. It takes a couple of years to get into the mid 600's. You have wasted some time!!
