Tammy, despite what the collection agency told you... a paid charge off is no better than an unpaid charge off. That is strange that AT&T (or anyone) would charge you off at 60 days. I would try to work something out with them again. My personal policy is never pay a collection agency. If AT&T excepted your payment before they may again. Pay it off and then dispute the chargeoff with the CRA
