i have a civil judgement from a hospital bill. i put that bill in my bk which was filed 7 days before the date of the civil judgement. can i remove this since this was filed in my bk before the civil date? and secondly can a credit union file a civil judgement on a credit card for monies owed which state on my report civil juudgement for 1300.00 but i have been paying the credit union monthly for two years and only owe 300.00. plus i never received a summons to appear in court for the civil action.
