I filed chapter 7 in 1997 in which i show 11 accounts that say included in bankruptcy. Then i have 1 Captol one bk profit and loss write off 11/98 for 403.00 but i was only and authorized user of that card ,1 Providian visa charged off as bad debt 11/98 for 830.00. then i have a first premier visa charged of as bad debt 11/97 for 409.00. i have 4 collection accounts from 97 on for a total of 206.00 and one cellular for 521.00. per credit report none of the above has been bought by another lender.

I have begun to rebuild my credit with 3 unsecured credit cards and auto loan in which ive never been late. I want to buy another house in the spring of 2003 and need to up my credit score..

as far as money available i guess it depends on the amount. i was gonna go with lexington law but if i can do myself im up for the challenge.
