Thanks for the quick response. Yes, my experienced bk attorney (who normally represents creditors) is also unsure of what the bank is up to. We don't want to stir the hornets nest (yet) by calling them, we are in the process of trying to re-fi our way out of the b.k. and the loan is showing as never late, charged off. We are trying to get a heads up on any past experiences anybody might have, so that when I emerge from the b.k., I will have a working knowledge of what could be expected. Replevin/claim and delivery is not applicable in this instance. Any knowledge about a charge off on a secured loan, and what becomes of it is what I was hoping for. Thanks again, Todd
