SOL question

Maybe this has already been answered,but I cant seem to find it.Does completing a hardship program with CC company re-set the starting date for SOL on getting sued?I am in Calif.I completed 2 hardship programs(other 2 CC comps.refused to work with us(job injury out of work still,no more disability income)The hardship payments were hard enough to make,now they all want the regular payments again.There were a lot of past dues before.Has the SOL been reset?All my balances are more now then they were before the hardship programs.What a joke,just pissin in the wind,buying a little time I guess.
