Danny, this debt is past the statute of limitations in your state. The people calling you are probably a collection agency that bought this cebt, and they are trying to collect it for a profit.

Don't talk to them on the phone, except to get their name and address and then send them a letter telling them to stop contacting you. period, the statute of limitations is up.
