ok i called and it was filed with district court. so it is legit. (darn!) is it still past sol even if they have a copy of the app. with my signature? sorry i know i sound silly but i am just scared they will do something to get ahold of my home or my husband to get in trouble at work. i want to thank both of you so much for taking the time to help me. you are a god send for scared and worried people like me. :O)
