Missouri Statute of Limitations fo Credit Card Debt

I not sure what the Statute of Limitations on credit card debt in Missuouri is. I have been told by an attorney that it used to be 5 years, but since Hughes Development Co. V. Omega Realty Co. (1997 WL 598383, Sup. CT., Mo.) it is now 10 years. But I'm not sure if this is opinion or fact.
