This outfit cannot put the debt back on your credit report it is well over the time limit imposed by Federal Regulations. #1 - Do not talk to them on the phone. Search in the menu on the left and look for the SOL's in your state - probably well past the time limit in which they could bring suit against you. You can write them a cease & desist letter forbidding them to contact you per Federal regulations. Always send certified, return receipt. Do not give them any personal info.
